Refund policy

At Infinitee, all t-shirts are part of our curated, ready-to-ship catalog. Because these are standard stocked designs and sizes rather than made-to-order pieces, we're happy to offer a straightforward returns and exchange process.

Returns and Exchanges

· Returns or exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery.

· The t-shirt must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

· Exchanges are available for a different size or design, subject to stock availability.

· To start a return or exchange, contact us with your order number and reason for return.

· Returns are subject to a shipping cost of Rs.150 which will be borne by the customer.

Refunds

· Once your returned item is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status.

· Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

· Refunds are not provided for items damaged due to misuse, washing, or normal wear after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

· If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging, and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
